What to expect

Each 45-minute session includes gentle guided movement, breathing practices, standing awareness, and moments of stillness.

The emphasis is on simplicity, ease, and consistency rather than intensity or complexity.

What you’ll need

Comfortable clothing, a small clear space, and a stable internet connection.

You are welcome to keep your camera on or off.
