While most people know me for my gong bath meditations, I also work with clients in a more physical way, helping them build strength, resilience, and better habits through personal training.

For me, both approaches serve the same purpose: to support calm, grounded wellbeing in daily life. Whether you’re drawn to stillness or movement, the important thing is starting where you are.

Regular movement, especially resistance training, is one of the most powerful ways to delay ageing, reduce disease risk, and stay healthy for longer. But starting (or restarting) exercise can be daunting. That’s where I come in.

I became a personal trainer in my 40s after battling with my own weight, energy, and long-neglected health. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, and what it takes to get moving again. My approach is rooted in compassion, experience, and realism.


What I Offer

  • 1:1 personal training for adults aged 40 – 70+
  • Focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and health-span
  • Resistance training (bodyweight or weights)
  • Honest support, no pressure, and clear guidance

Training can take place in:

  • My private studio in Redbourn (St Albans)
  • Your own home or home gym (Harpenden, St Albans, Redbourn and nearby)
