While most people know me for my gong bath meditations, I also work with clients in a more physical way — helping them build strength, resilience, and better habits through personal training.

For me, both approaches serve the same purpose: to support calm, grounded wellbeing in daily life. Whether you’re drawn to stillness or movement, the important thing is starting where you are.

Regular movement — especially resistance training — is one of the most powerful ways to delay ageing, reduce disease risk, and stay healthy for longer. But starting (or restarting) exercise can be daunting. That’s where I come in.

I became a personal trainer in my 40s after battling with my own weight, energy, and long-neglected health. I know what it’s like to feel stuck — and what it takes to get moving again. My approach is rooted in compassion, experience, and realism.

  • 1:1 personal training for adults aged 40–70+
  • Focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and health-span
  • Resistance training (bodyweight or weights)
  • Honest support, no pressure, and clear guidance

Training can take place in:

  • My private studio in Redbourn (St Albans)
  • Your own home or home gym (Harpenden, St Albans, Redbourn and nearby)
