This 75-minute session will guide you into a state of relaxation through the therapeutic tones of gongs. The sound encourages the body to let go, the mind to quieten, and the nervous system to settle—supporting your natural healing processes. There’s no movement or experience required—simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow the vibrations to carry you into a deep meditative state.
